The Finance Department at the Pastoral Center is currently looking for a full-time Treasury Analyst to join their team. This position will support corporate Treasury activities and projects, including cash management, bank administration, cash flow analysis and other requirements. Will coordinate the daily administration of the Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) which tracks the in-house savings & loan program. Assist with daily & monthly reporting activities and analysis. Position also requires coordination with numerous related organizations ensuring that all cash transactions are processed accurately & timely within compliance guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Serve as a primary user for the banking systems, ensuring all daily cash processing is supported, completed and saved for accounting & reporting reconciliations.
Review and analyze daily cash positions and follow-up with banks or internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepare wire transfer/ACH requests and initiate banking for management releases.
Ensure accurate maintenance of RLF accounts & balances and related treasury systems and banking support.
Respond to pastors/administrators and designated persons to assist with RLF informational and banking requests.
Assist in review of overall financial status of RLF and preparation of management reports.
Oversee internal RLF banking portal administration and access to authorized users.
Support monthly closes through the timely preparation and analysis of RLF savings & loans banking information for cash & investments.
Recommend workflow improvements to increase efficiencies including working with internal departments and banks to assist with implementation.
Oversee monthly bank accounts & reconciliations and monitoring of reconciling items.
Interact in a positive and professional manner with staff and visitors at the Pastoral Center.
Other projects and/or duties as may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree with business major discipline.
3-5 years' treasury experience preferred; CTP a plus.
Experience with Jack Henry software a plus.
Strong communication and organization & analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to support the mission of the Catholic Church.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
