St. Michael Parish is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized leader with an accounting and administrative background, including supervising employees. Experience with Human Resources is helpful. Candidates should have excellent computer skills and budgeting experience. Experience with contract negotiations and property management is a plus. As a member of the core management team, the successful candidate will be a team player who possesses and demonstrates an appreciation of this position in ministry, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and creativity and flexibility in meeting the challenges and responding to the opportunities of the diocesan evangelization plan. Must be a practicing member in good standing of the Roman Catholic Church. This is a full-time position.
