Business Manager

St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish is looking for a full-time Business Manager. Business Manager will be responsible for the oversight and overall fiscal well-being of the church and school. This individual will provide reports and updates on a regular basis to the Pastor, Principal, and Finance Council on all financial information. The Business Manager will advise the Pastor and Principal in all budgeting, financial planning, and finance-related decisions, which also includes helping to develop long range plans.

The ideal candidate is an active Catholic who is high-energy, visionary, and creative. A recommended minimum of 5 years' experience in this field or related work is desired along with a BS in Accounting, Finance or related field. S/he should thrive working on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Attention to details, high performance standards, excellent communication skills, and outstanding interpersonal service skills are a must.
