Immaculata Classical Academy is seeking two full-time high school humanities teachers for the 2023-2024 school year. The ideal candidate is a faithful Catholic with a background in the great books and the liberal arts, a passion for working with young Catholic men and women, as well as a handful of interesting opinions about classical education in the 21st century.
Each of the two positions would include some combination of the following classes, depending on the applicant's interests and experience: Roman Humanities, Medieval Humanities, Dogmatic Theology, Apologetics, 10th and 11th Writing, and Latin.
Our high school humanities courses are based on primary sources and the Great Books. Our Latin program is based on Hans Orberg's Lingua Latina Per Se Illustrata series and focuses on reading and speaking Latin as a means to acquiring reading fluency.
Before applying, interested candidates should visit our website and YouTube channel - immaculata.org - to learn more about our vision and mission. To begin the application process, please email a cover letter and resume to Justin Fout, school principal, at [email protected].
