Immaculata Classical Academy in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a 5th Grade Lead Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a leave replacement position from November 2025 to May 2026, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role for the 2026-2027 school year.
The ideal candidate is a joyful, faithful Catholic who is passionate about educating children in the Catholic liberal arts tradition and committed to academic excellence. A collegial and collaborative attitude and the ability to teach and manage a class that may include children with special needs is a must. An undergraduate degree is required and teaching experience is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply. The 5th grade homeroom teacher is responsible for all subjects except for science, music and art.
