Remote Operations Assistant

Administrative and Operations Tasks
Above all you are able to get things done and push projects forward. You are good at taking initial direction on a wide range of concrete projects and tasks, but then you are able to take ownership of each one. You excel at teamwork, brainstorming, planning and organization, and you are able to relentlessly push team projects forward until completion without hand-holding. You are a go-getter who cannot leave projects or tasks unfinished.
The organization of these projects, both for clients and internally, entails having complete oversight of all the moving pieces, making sure that the goals, budget and deadlines are clearly defined and that the next steps are concrete and scheduled.
You also oversee and manage client workloads and relationships. You make sure communication with clients is clear and professional, that agreements are adhered to both by Clients and Account Managers: this includes project scopes, budgets and deadlines. You manage Company and Employee workloads, and advise the company when it comes to taking on new work.
There’s no typical day at the office, but a single morning might include scheduling writers for a blog’s editorial calendar, checking the progress of a promotional video, meeting with a creative director and web designer to plan out a new website, researching possible new clients in a concrete field of interest, and a strategic call to launch some new online evangelization tool.
Assist CEO and Business Manager with assorted tasks and projects that need execution.
Oversee Projects from the perspectives of Scope, Budget and Timeline, making sure employees and/or clients have clear next steps that are concrete and scheduled on the calendar.
Provide the same project oversight service to one or more of our clients.
Oversee Company and Account Manager Workloads to optimize company capacity.
