    Objective: Our mission is to help foster life changing encounters with Christ to those in our community through the Liturgy, the Sacraments, and through education.
    Position Overview: This part-time position involves having strong communication, clerical, administrative, and computer skills, as well as providing a friendly and welcoming environment. This position will assist the Office Manager. We ask the person in this role to:
    • Be welcoming and assist those coming to the Parish Office
    • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a timely manner
    • Assist in opening and/or closing the Parish Office along with the Office Manager
    • Maintain and update the calendars
    • Maintain and update Reservations Calendar
    • Create, print, and distribute the Weekly Bulletin
    • Deliver various needed items to the Church
    • Update and maintain the Mass intentions book
    • Assist members of the community in need with relevant charity resources
    • Update and maintain Sacramental Records in the books and in the database
    • Perform other various and needed office tasks
    • Be available to assist with other needs of the parish

    Qualifications:
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Bilingual a plus
    • Organized
    • Working well with a team
    • Bilingual a plus

    Experience:
    • Outlook
    • Scanning
    • Canva
    • Filing paperwork
    • Google Drive - Google Docs, Sheets, forms, etc
    • Adobe and pdfs
    • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Publisher, etc (1 year Preferred)
    • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

    Candidates must be able to pass a background check and provide professional references. The ideal candidate for this position is dependable, organized, and a team player.

    Job Type: Part-time (10 - 15 hours)
    Schedule:
    • Opening and Closing the Office
    o Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
    o Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    • Flexibility to work times during Office hours
