Director of Faith Formation
The Diocese of Sioux City is seeking a Catholic in good standing for the position of Director of Faith Formation. This position provides direction & support for parishes in the Diocese in areas of evangelization, leadership formation, adult & youth catechesis, sacramental preparation / religious education, and ministry. BA in Theology or another theological program required; Master's Degree preferred. Two or more years work experience coordinating/directing parish ministries & previous training / experience relating to family ministry is preferred. Demonstrated ability to formulate & implement processes with many interrelated components and work collaboratively as a member of a team required. Must be able to communicate effectively with pastors, parishioners, staff, and boards/committees. Knowledge and understanding of a foreign language and cultural competency preferred.
