The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily custodial and maintenance operations of the school, church, rectory and office facilities. This position ensures that all buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The Maintenance Supervisor directly supervises custodial staff, manages facility-related projects and coordinates scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to respond to facility-related emergencies and work collaboratively with parish and school staff.
