Position Introduction
The Center for Faith, Action, and Ministry Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and managing communications for the Center for Faith, Action and Ministry. This position will largely focus on coordinating logistics for local service and community engagement, retreats, and CFAM communications. The coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the CFAM office.
Job Description
The Center for Faith, Action, and Ministry Coordinator will support the Assistant Director for Justice and Solidarity in coordinating student applications and assignments for Beyond the Belle and the Federal Work Study Community Service program, and manage Center for Faith, Action, and Ministry Instagram account and all Center communications, including: monthly newsletters, event fliers, and website updates.
The Center for Faith, Action, and Ministry Coordinator will Oversees all day-to-day operations of the CFAM office, including office-related purchases, tracking of expenses, student leader desk shifts, work orders, and event reservation requests
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience required
Administrative experience in an office environment, preferably in a university setting
Expertise in effective marketing and communications strategies
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Capacity to execute a new program or event from idea to completion
Computer skills including Google programs
Interest in accompanying and mentoring college students
Schedule: 25 Hours/ 10 Months
