Director of Evangelization and Adult Faith Formation

The Position: The Director of Evangelization and Adult Faith Formation will be responsible for the design, maintenance and evaluation of the areas of adult religious formation and education, with a primary focus on evangelization. The applicant should be a practicing Catholic in good standing; have knowledge of and experience with Catholic doctrine and practices; and have the ability to work together with the Pastor, Parish Pastoral Team, and Volunteers. The applicant should have strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills.

Hiring Requirements: The applicant must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through regular participation in the sacramental life of the Church, reading of Sacred Scripture and personal prayer. The applicant must be able to produce a letter of good standing from their pastor. The applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree in Theology, Religious Education, or Pastoral Ministry; a Master's Degree is preferred. The applicant must also have experience in ministry and availability on some nights and weekends.
