Pilgrim Formation Manager

Verso is currently seeking full-time Pilgrim Formation Manager to ensure the spiritual and logistical preparation of Verso pilgrims and group leaders.

Your role at Verso Ministries:
- Lead formation process, ensuring pilgrims are meaningfully engaged and prepared for their pilgrimage experience
- Develop and distribute pre- and post- pilgrimage logistical and spiritual materials
- Host information sessions and webinars
- Engage current, past, and potential pilgrims in the principles and practice of pilgrimage, developing in-person, hybrid, and/or remote initiatives to deliver spiritual formation
- Maintain records of pilgrimage evaluations and provide meaningful analysis of feedback
- Support Sales team in re-entering pilgrims and group leaders back into the sales funnel for future travel

You should have:
- Ministerial training or formation experience
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
- An ability to learn new skills, to be flexible. respond to ever-changing demands, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points:
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Adobe suite, Quickbooks online, and/or a CRM
