The Province Advancement Director provides strategy, direction, and leadership to all aspects of an established advancement program including annual budgets, strategic planning, major campaigns, annual fund, major gifts, grants, events, staff supervision, collaborating with Provincial leadership, recruiting, and managing volunteers. This position reports to the Prior Provincial and interacts with lay leaders and friars as needed. Five-year average: 1,500 donors, over 2,700 donations, $1.30 to $1.4 million raised annually. The Augustinians have been serving in the Midwest since 1905.

Applicants must possess three years or more of proven direct fundraising experience with an emphasis on individual gifts and giving, a four-year degree from an accredited college, proven interpersonal communication skills, a passion for the Catholic faith and desire to work with the Augustinians. Pleasant working atmosphere in Chicago, in-office presence required. Competitive salary and good benefits.
