Business Manager

Aid for Women is seeking a full-time Business Manager for our pregnancy help organization that operates five pregnancy care centers and two maternity homes. The Business Manager has a strong track record of outstanding managerial experience and is dedicated to fulfilling the mission of Aid for Women by providing life-affirming alternatives to abortion.

Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, the Business Manager is responsible for a variety of functions including managing day-to-day operations, maintaining financials and budgets, and managing human resources. Candidates for the Business Manager must have completed a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
