What's it like to be a Producer at Spirit Juice Studios? It means being part of a team that-at any given moment-is leading more than 100 projects for our clients. Our Producers build budgets, plan shoots, and more... in short: they make it happen.

As a Producer at Spirit Juice Studios, you will oversee projects from initial client inquiry to final delivery, including all stages of production. You will build strong relationships with clients to ensure their goals are met and their experience is fantastic, and will collaborate with Spirit Juice Studios Directors to create beautiful results marked by SJS quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Reports to the Director of Production.
Create a proposed budget and project plan for new video productions and prospective clients.
Owns project budgets and adjusts accordingly to ensure projects are on or under budget.
Manages all aspects of project schedules, including guiding projects through post production to final delivery.
Primarily responsible for client relationships and fulfillment of client goals.
Works with SJS Directors to establish a project's creative approach.
Coordinates shoots, including:
Crew hiring.
Talent and local contacts.
Equipment Needs (camera package, grip & electric, etc).
Art Department (Props, set pieces, wardrobe, etc).
Location Needs (location agreements, insurance, access, & parking).
Responsible for the health and safety of crews while they're in the field.
Works with the Production Supervisor to book crew.
Briefs the field team (Field Producer, DP, Cam-Ops, etc) before each shoot, and debriefs after each shoot.
In conjunction with the project's Director, works with the Editor to successfully achieve project goals.
Other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $50 - 60K
