Strong teamwork, problem solving, attendance/punctuality and good communication skills, verbally and written. Good working knowledge of Apple computer system; knowledge of Cool Focus client software helpful. Must be highly motivated and comfortable handling multiple tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greets patients and visitors in friendly and professional manner. • Answers phone, routes calls and takes messages. • Schedules online and maintains accurate appointment records. • Provides appropriate paperwork and information to patients as indicated by policies and procedures. • Responsible for updating forms as necessary, keeps sufficient copies of paperwork available at all times. • Keeps inventory of all office supplies for the office and reports list of needs to appropriate staff person before the first of the month. • Provide secretarial support to Director of Clinics and Clinic Manager as needed. • Responsible for all paperwork for all volunteers and interns. • Keep accurate account of all incoming calls for Heroic Media and provides monthly report by email to Director of Operations. • Must be able to deal with many abstract and concrete variables in multi-task formats often with frequent interruptions. • May be asked to assist with client services as needed. • Ability to organize, coordinate work efficiently and set priorities. • Maintains confidentiality in all aspects including, but not limited to patient identity, care, donor and financial information. • Bilingual preferred.
