Director of Campus Ministry

Archbishop Edward McCarthy High School located in Southwest Ranches, Florida (Broward County) is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Director of Campus Ministry for the 2023-2024 school year. The director works collaboratively to provide a comprehensive ministry program to all students, families, and alumni that include, but may not be limited to, liturgies, retreats, prayer services, devotions, and spiritual counseling. The Director of Campus Ministry would play an integral creative and functional role in these programs. Salary will vary based on degree and years of experience This candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and tenets of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.

Qualifications:
Required: Minimum Master's Degree in Theology or related field from an accredited United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) university/college.
Practicing Catholic in good standing who fully adheres to and models the Roman Catholic Church teachings in faith and moral.
Excellent presentation skills with use of technologies.
Strong classroom management skills and demonstrated ability to engage students.
Excellent oral and written English language communication skills, including clear speaking voice.
Must have a professional demeanor.
Experience as a Director of Campus Ministry is a plus.
