High School College Advisor

Archbishop Edward McCarthy High School located in Southwest Ranches, Florida (Broward County) is looking to hire a qualified and experienced College Advisor for the 2023-2024 school year. The College Advisor is for all grade levels, but specifically for junior and senior students, to prepare them for college and help them through the admissions process. This position will develop connections with colleges and universities to help students identify the best fit academically, socially, and spiritually. The College Advisor will assist in maintaining excellent programs by keeping abreast of future societal and college advising trends and needs. This position supports students through the college preparation, planning, and selection process. As a member of a dynamic advising team, the college advisor provides guidance through individual meetings, large group facilitation and parental inclusion. This candidate performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision and tenets of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
