Arts Center Manager

Job outline: Jesuit is seeking a candidate for a 10 month, full-time Arts Center Manager. The primary duties of the Arts Center Manager include maintaining the Arts Center event schedule, overseeing maintenance and building upkeep, managing all technical systems for all Arts Center events, managing set construction with event organizers, facilitating third party use of the Arts Center and other campus facilities, overseeing all Arts Center event ticketing and concessions, and attending all Arts Center events as the designated event resource. The Arts Center Manager reports directly to the Director of Institutional Planning and works closely with school administration.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in managing a theater.
• Prior experience with set construction.
• Proficiency with all technical aspects of a theater, including, but not limited to lighting, rigging, audio/visual, and set design.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Preferred candidate will be familiar with Catholic education.
• Level II Background screening.
