Director of Advancement

The Director of Advancement is responsible for leading the development and advancement efforts of Archbishop McCarthy High School by securing financial resources in support of the school's mission and objectives. The Director will work under the direction and supervision of the President and will be responsible for seeking advancement opportunities and strategically identifying, cultivating, and soliciting prospects to ensure a strong base of ongoing financial, philanthropic support. The Director will also be responsible for designing, planning, overseeing, and managing any foreseeable capital campaigns. This position performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
