The full-time (35 hours per week) HR and Payroll Assistant is responsible for performing activities relating to the payroll and human resource functions for the Diocese of Wilmington and related entities. Qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Business or Human Resources or related field, and two years of experience in payroll or human resources; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. The successful candidate will possess: strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite with particular skill in Excel, and Word; flexibility to adapt to changing daily requests and priorities; demonstrated discretion and integrity; and an understanding of the culture and structure of the Catholic Church with a commitment to the mission of the Diocese of Wilmington.
