    Holy Apostles College and Seminary, an accredited institution by both NECHE and Association of Theological Schools (ATS) is accepting applications for an Executive Director of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs. HACS offers programs and courses leading to Bachelor’s, Master’s and certificates.

    Summary of essential job duties:
    The Executive Director is the chief enrollment management and student affairs officer for the College and Seminary and has oversight for the strategic enrollment growth, as well as a broad set of services, policies and procedures to meet the needs of the diverse student body, both on-campus and online, and create an inclusive environment that promotes student achievement. The Executive Director reports directly to the Rector/President and is a member of the executive leadership team. He/she will support the mission of and goals of HACS and contribute to the overall success of institution-wide planning with a strong emphasis on student enrollment, student learning, achievement, and satisfaction both curricula and extra-curricular.

     

    Primary areas of responsibility

    • Hands-on approach to enrollment management and student affairs.
    • Create and maintain effective enrollment funnel that captures and converts inquires in a timely manner.
    • Data-driven decision making using data analytics and other College systems.
    • Coordinates with both academic and non-academic areas of the College and Seminary.
    • Works collaboratively with Marketing and Communications.
    • Informs the President/Rector of significant institution-wide policy issues.
    • Effectively oversees the assessment and evaluation of the office.
    • Supervise and evaluate graduate and undergraduate staff (both on campus and online) as well as support services.
    • Establish organizational goals related to the office.
    • Participates in strategic planning.

     

    Education
    Master degree in a related field; a terminal degree is preferred

     

    Experience

    • Three or more years of progressive senior leadership experience in enrollment management, student services and student achievement.
    • Demonstrated experience working in an academic environment.
    • Participation in professional organizations.

     

    Skills, knowledge, abilities and other qualifications

    • Understanding of compliance issues, regulations, and risk management.
    • In-depth understanding of best practices in growing student enrollment.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of student development theories.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proven record of innovative leadership in creating a collaborative team approach.
    • Ability to create and maintain a culture of respect for all people.
