Maintenance

Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide general maintenance to the facilities as well as upkeep of the property and grounds. Mother Cabrini Shrine is a Catholic shrine located in the foothills of Golden, CO and administered by the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. We are searching for someone that cares about the Shrine and enjoys a sense of accomplishment in succeeding in day-to-day tasks.
Utilizing your skills and talents, we will rely on you to:

Update or repair mechanicals: electric, plumbing, HVAC.
Repair or remodel facilities: painting, drywall, flooring, etc.
Maintain road and parking lots: snow removal and sweeping.
Complete scheduled janitorial and landscaping needs.
Help with collecting and sorting weekly food donations.
Assist in closing the property when operating hours have finished.

Key Competencies:
Basic knowledge of mechanicals and construction.
Desire to work with heavy equipment and maintain machinery.
Able to work on weekends and holidays.
Dependable and hard working.
First rate teamwork attitude.

Physical Requirements:
Able to lift 75 lbs.
Can work in harsh weather
Good driving record

Job Type: Full-time
Hours Per Week: 40
