    PURPOSE OF POSITION:

    SUMMARY

    Administers/distributes supplies to Marisol Family locations, other ministries of Catholic Charities, and external community partners. Manages logistics for, and assists with, mobile distribution events. Tracks supplies and donations received and distributed (particularly diapers and adult incontinence supplies); supports with data tracking implementation at sites and with community partners. Assists Director with budget management.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Orders, receives, and organizes warehouse shipments; operates forklift as needed
    Coordinates communication with warehouse team regarding shipments/donations/pickups
    Keeps warehouse and donation distribution center organized at all times
    Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of program truck(s)
    Makes deliveries to community partner locations;
    Responsible for logistics and preparation for mobile community outreach efforts (parking, loading/unloading of supplies);
    Assists with distribution at mobile events;
    Organizes community partner pickup days on a monthly to bi-monthly basis as needed; receives and prepares partner orders;
    Coordinates and supervises partner pickups from warehouse;
    Produces reports - including monthly report for diaper bank committee.

    Able to drive box truck - including to locations/events on the Western slope and other areas beyond Denver Metro area
    Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle repeititive lifting (loading/unloading etc)
    Bachelor's degree and/or substantial relevant experience
    Ability to safely operate a forklift or be trained on one

    Education and or Experience

    High School Diploma

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

    Salary: $50,000 salary/year
