Position: Executive Assistant to Executive Staff
FLSA: Non-exempt (eligible for overtime pay in compliance with federal and state regulations)
Schedule: This full-time position will work onsite from the Augustine Institute home office in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

Reporting to: COO
Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide coordination and administrative support to the President and COO and
complete special projects as needed.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent follow-up skills. The ability to effectively handle situations with a sense of urgency, professionalism, confidentiality and discretion are essential.
Specific duties below may not be all-inclusive.
Completes various administrative tasks for the President & COO, including managing an extremely active calendar, expense reports, composing and preparing confidential communication, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas, and providing other administrative and coordination support as needed.
Researches, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns.
Provides administrative support to the Chief of Staff with a liaison role to the Board of Trustees, arranging and handling all logistics for Board meetings and events.
Coordinates Executive Team meetings and other team or staff meetings as needed.
Supports and coordinates special projects, as delegated, that help advance the operations and mission of the Augustine Institute.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
At least seven years of experience supporting C-Suite executives or senior leadership is required.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and use good judgment regarding confidential and sensitive information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Superlative time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and composure.
Extensive knowledge of office administration and organization procedures supporting senior leadership.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, typing, and use of office equipment, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will typically work in a climate-controlled office setting.

Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
