This position provides administrative support to the pastor, other staff members, ministries, and parishioners. The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, receives daily calls, and is the main contact for parishioners and vendors. Other duties include preparing the weekly bulletin and associated tasks, preparing weekly accounting reports, and maintaining the parish database and administrative files. Requirements: 3 or more years of experience in same or similar position Strong knowledge of the basic teachings of the Catholic Church preferred Must be detail oriented Must be able to multitask Must be able to honor and maintain confidentiality Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and able to meet deadlines Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of the use of office equipment
