Food Outreach Coordinator

MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBLIITIES:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pantry:
Coordinate the 40 plus volunteers.
Receive and sort food donations.
Restock food shelves.
Assist pantry guests who come for assistance.
Oversee Second Helping drivers who pick up food donations from
grocery stores, restaurants and other food providers in our
community.
Work with the BakPak ministry who provide nutritious food for the
children in our neighborhood schools.
Oversee Samaritan Sunday Projects.
Oversee the Sunday Lunch Bunch ministry.
Work with parish ministries on outreach projects.
Assist with the LOTW community Christmas present drive.
Coordinate Thanksgiving meal box drive.
Coordinate Easter meal box drive.
Work with individuals that ask for direct assistance.

As a member of the parish staff will participates in staff meetings and events.
