Admissions Representative

John Paul the Great Catholic University is accepting applications for an energetic, mission-driven student recruiter to join our Admissions team. Your job will be to communicate JP Catholic's mission with passion to prospective students, their parents and college counselors. Student recruitment requires some travel, extensive phone work, and dedication to identifying and implementing diverse recruiting and awareness strategies. You will work collaboratively with our team to craft recruiting strategies and review and analyze implemented tactics. Our team has a strong work ethic and we are committed to our department goal of recruiting and enrolling the best students at JPCatholic.

Qualifications

-A passionate commitment to JPCatholic's mission

-Bachelor's degree

-3-5 years of experience in recruitment or sales preferred

-Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn InfusionSoft (primary CRM tool used for student recruitment at JPCatholic)

-Enjoy talking with future students on the phone and sharing your passion for JPCatholic and our mission

-Develop and implement recruiting strategy, monitor and iterate based on data

-Ability to close

-Strong interpersonal skills

-Excellent written and verbal communications kills, especially in listening
