POSITION
• Director of Campus Ministry
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Active, practicing Catholic
• Unlimited energy and enthusiasm
• Experience planning events (i.e. retreats, liturgies, paraliturgies, faith-sharing groups, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree required
• Post-graduate degrees, teaching credential and/or experience preferred
• Willingness to travel, work some evenings and weekends
• Experience teaching high school theology / adolescent catechism, preferred
MAJOR PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, prepare, supervise and implement a variety of strategies, activities, programs and events that reflect an understanding of student needs so as enhance campus spiritual life in a Catholic school that embraces The Essential Elements of an Edmund Rice Christian Brother Education
• Collaborate with school faculty and staff to cultivate a school environment that fosters and challenges the intellectual, physical, social, and spiritual development of each student (ISOs)
• Serve as liaison with faculty, staff, and coaches to foster an environment that values the spiritual development of students and their commitment to knowledge, service, and leadership
• Scheduling, planning, communicating, marketing, advertising, supervising student participation and event volunteers in meaningful retreats, school liturgies and paraliturgies, and student service opportunities
• Participate fully and model meaningful prayer, reflection and commitment to service with and for others
• Manage student behavior in accordance with the code of conduct in school handbook
• Establish/maintain openness of communication with parents, students, administrators, and other teachers
• Manage required service hours among high school students
• Participate in Christian Brothers conferences nationally and internationally, as needed
• Perform additional duties and other responsibilities as assigned by the Principal
COMPENSATION:
• Estimated salary range, commensurate with education and experience: $45K to $95K with full benefits

• 401(k) plan with employer contribution of 5% of base salary after one year of continuous employment
