Birth Choice of San Marcos, Inc., is a 503(c)(3) pregnancy help center serving northern San Diego County. The Birth Choice mission is to save the unborn and their families from the harm of abortion through care and education in a compassionate, Christ-centered environment.

Birth Choice is seeking an innovative and passionate Chief Executive Officer to lead the expansion and growth of the organization's 35-year legacy of providing life-affirming services and support to our community. Candidates must be completely committed to the pro-life cause in all its dimensions and able to effectively relate to both Catholics an Protestants.

Candidates must have above-average business and organizational skills and be able to adroitly handle the spiritual, strategic, and day-to-day operations of the organization. They are comfortable taking the initiative to solve problems, and can anticipate and adeptly deal with changes that affect the execution of Birth Choice's mission. Candidates are skilled at growing, leading and empowering a dedicated team of compensated and volunteer staff. They are able to effectively collaborate with the Board of Directors to identify, create and implement a strategic plan while providing strong leadership that delivers lasting results.

Candidates must be effective at creating high-trust relationships with donors and proficient at growing the donor base. They are skilled at developing and implementing efficient and effective fundraising and donor events.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and are tactful and composed in their public relations and interactions. They must be able to gracefully and firmly represent Birth Choice in all circumstances.

Salary is commensurate with experience, education and skills, but will be no less than $65,000 and no more than $75,000.
