St. Joseph's Catholic Church is seeking a highly skilled Parish Executive Director. Reporting to the Pastor, the Parish Executive Director (PED) will be a faithful, practicing Catholic, striving to live in conformity with all the teachings of the Catholic Church, assuming day-to-day leadership and administrative oversight for the parish. The PED is responsible for supervising all lay parish employees in the execution of strategies, discerned by the Pastor, to advance the parish mission, "To Evangelize God's People, Beginning with the Gift of the Holy Eucharist." The PED will conduct this role transparently, collaboratively, responsibly, and consistently in the following key areas: Leadership, Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Physical Plant, Information Technology, Marketing, Communication, Events, Development and Stewardship. This is an exempt position with outstanding compensation and benefits.
Some qualities and requirements:
• Baptized Catholic in active and full communion with the Church - living in conformity to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, participating devoutly in Divine Worship (frequent Mass and confession, and praying daily), fulfilling the duties of their particular vocation (state in life) faithfully, serving others in performing Acts of Mercy generously, and witnessing what it is to be an authentic disciple of Christ.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Ten years of relevant leadership and management experience in a nonprofit setting- preferably within a faith-based organization.
• Well-developed ability to fluctuate effectively between multiple platforms of engagement: liturgical, ministerial, pastoral, executive.
• Strong commitment to collaboration, employee growth and development, and creative solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully and efficiently delegate responsibility and authority.
• Proven success in fiscal management, especially budgets, analytic projections, and goals.
• Strongly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, self-sufficient; can lead and perform effectively with minimal support.
• An unquestioned reputation for integrity and ethics; a strong character that will quickly gain the trust of others.
• Exemplary communication skills, with diplomacy and credibility across multiple internal and external channels.
• Elevated level of self-awareness: unselfish, providing credit to others, and receding when appropriate.
