Freelance Copywriter (Broadcast/On-Air/Promotional Ad Copy)
EWTN is looking for freelance copywriters who have experience writing and editing short-form promotional copy for broadcast television programs. This includes program descriptions and promotions, image spots, interstitials, branding, and short fillers that communicate programming and help to build the brand image of EWTN.
Write and edit compelling and engaging short, promotional copy for our program descriptions and promotions, image spots, interstitials, branding, and short fillers. Collaborate across departments to ensure the copy aligns with the overall brand message and visual aesthetics. Deliver copy on deadline per various department needs. Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Experience writing and editing copy for broadcast/on-air environments, especially short-form, promotional or advertising copy. Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred but not required:
Demonstrated knowledge of the Catholic faith and the EWTN mission.
