Freelance Graphic Designer (Broadcast/On-Air)

EWTN is looking for freelance graphic designers with experience in designing for on-air/broadcast environments and deliverables including animated opening sequences, title designs, name keys, and end bumpers.

Responsibilities:

Communicate concepts through storyboards for approvals before project starts.
Design animated graphics packages for productions, promotions, or any other assigned project. Package usually includes opening sequence with typography design, end bumpers, credit bed, name bar, full screen graphics page, and bug.
Work collaboratively with a variety of departments regarding design project needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in freelance graphic design.
Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and typography design.
Dependability and consistency for all facets of a project from start to finish, ability to self-manage as a remote freelancer.

Preferred but not required:

Demonstrated knowledge of the Catholic faith and the EWTN mission.
Experience in broadcast or cable TV.
Cinema 4D or 3D or comparable experience a plus.
